Chimes rang a bell with us as soon as it opened! Not only is it friendly, and local, but the menu is excellent. We have eaten at many Indian restaurants in Europe, and, since Chimes has opened, we have discovered real Indian cuisine again. Chimes is the only restaurant we have found which offers dhosai – and it is absolutely delicious! The service is good, and they always welcome our children. It’s a real favourite of ours!

Ravi and Shama have created an elegant and refreshingly modern Indian restaurant. With an atmosphere that is warm and inviting supported by some of the best Indian we have eaten, it is now one of our favourite places to eat. We have experienced lots of restaurants in our travels, and we can proudly recommend Chimes to those wanting to enjoy a true authentic Indian experience. The Butter Chicken is second to none, the Rogan Josh mouth-watering, and for those that like it on the spicy side - the Chilli Chicken will leave a lasting impression.
