Ravindran Muthiah who is the sole owner and proprietor of Chimes
has 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Born in Singapore and
graduated in Hospitality in Zurich,
Switzerland in 1988, he has worked
and managed in various restaurants
in the hotel industry in
Switzerland, Singapore and
Australia. He managed well-known
French restaurants in Singapore
before returning to Australia.
Chimes Indian Restaurant is his long
time goal. Chimes’ success and
reputation, lies in its attention to
detail and approach to the entire
dining experience.
